AI agents for the SME finance back office.

Small and mid-sized businesses run their finance functions on spreadsheets, chasing emails and part-time help. Fingentix builds and operates agent-based services that do that work end to end — with a person accountable for every decision that leaves the building.

Services

One finance function at a time, operated for you.

Each service is a working agent system plus the humans who supervise it. We are not selling software licences for a customer to configure — we run the function and are measured on its outcome.

Live service
01

Receivables management — recovry

The invoice-to-cash cycle run end to end: structured reminders, follow-up and negotiation through to settlement and payment. Where a matter needs formal recovery we handle it in-house rather than passing the file to a third party — Fingentix is licensed under Singapore's Debt Collection Act 2022. Priced on results: no recovery, no fee.

  • Account verification, structured outreach and negotiation, settlement tracking
  • Every outbound message reviewed and approved by a named officer before it sends
  • Complete, tamper-evident audit trail on every case
  • Client portal at recovry.sg
02

Payables & spend control

The other side of the ledger. Supplier invoices captured, coded and matched against purchase orders and goods received, then routed for approval and staged into a clean payment run.

  • Invoice capture and coding
  • Three-way match and exception handling
  • Approval routing with spend limits
  • Payment-run preparation and supplier queries
03

Credit & customer onboarding

Deciding who to extend terms to, before the invoice becomes a recovery problem. Company and bureau checks assembled into a credit view, with limits and terms that stay under review.

  • ACRA and credit-bureau checks on new customers
  • Credit limits and payment-terms recommendations
  • Ongoing monitoring and limit review
  • Onboarding documentation and record-keeping
04

Cashflow & working capital

A rolling view of what is actually coming in and going out, built from the same receivables and payables data rather than a separately-maintained spreadsheet.

  • Thirteen-week rolling cash forecast
  • Ageing, DSO and collection-effectiveness reporting
  • Working-capital and payment-timing scenarios
  • Monthly management pack for owners and lenders
05

Payroll & CPF operations

The recurring monthly grind of paying people correctly and on time — prepared, checked and handed to the employer for authorisation.

  • Monthly payroll preparation and variance checks
  • CPF contribution and IR8A submission support
  • Leave, claims and reimbursement administration
  • Payslip distribution and employee queries

How we work

Agents do the work. People stay accountable.

Finance functions carry legal and regulatory weight, so our systems are built so that the decisions that matter are made by rules and by named humans — never left to a model's judgement.

Deterministic guardrails

Every regulatory and policy gate — who may be contacted, when a matter must be put on hold, what may be said — is enforced in code as a hard condition, outside the language model. An agent that has not passed a gate cannot act.

A human approves what leaves

Nothing reaches a customer, a debtor, a supplier or an employee without a named person reviewing and approving it. The approval is recorded against the individual who gave it.

An audit trail that holds up

Every action is written to a tamper-evident, append-only record: who did what, when, on what evidence. Built for the regulator's question, the client's dispute and the auditor's sample alike.

Engagement

How we are paid.

Success fees

Recovery work is charged as a percentage of amounts actually recovered for the client. No recovery, no fee. This is how the receivables service earns today.

Monthly service fees

Ongoing operated functions — payables, credit, cashflow, payroll — are charged as a fixed monthly fee per client, scaled to transaction volume and headcount.

Singapore SMEs

Our clients are Singapore-incorporated small and mid-sized businesses, concentrated in food and beverage, wholesale trade and professional services. Invoicing and settlement are in SGD.
